NEW ERA MAGAZINE now available at this site

The Pauline Elizabeth Hopkins Society is pleased to announce that we have brought the full run of the New Era Magazine, Hopkins’s last publishing venture, to our site in a digital format.  This makes available to all scholars and users a resource once accessible only through the special collections of a few university libraries.  We hope that this accessibility will lead to increased interest in the New Era as a subject for critical inquiry.

Many thanks are due to Howard University’s Moorland-Springarn Research Center and Emory University’s MARBL for their participation in this project, and to John Gruesser, Hanna Wallinger, and Jill Bergman for their assistance in compiling the texts.
